RULES FOR PURCHASING AND USING STASYS MUSEUM E-TICKETS
I. General information
1. These "Stasys Museum" (hereinafter - the Museum) e. the rules for the purchase and use of tickets (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the conditions for the purchase and use of Museum tickets, when the Museum visitor purchases tickets on the website www.stasysmuseum.com.
2. These Rules are an integral part of the ticket purchased by the Museum visitor (hereinafter - the Visitor), determining the contractual obligations of the Museum visitor and the Museum.
3. Before purchasing a ticket, the Visitor must be familiar with the Rules and the E-ticket data privacy policy, which are publicly published on the website www.stasysmuseum.com and which were presented to the Visitor before purchasing the ticket.
II. Rules for purchasing tickets at www.stasysmuseum.com
1. When buying a ticket at www.stasysmuseum.com, the Visitor must make sure that he/she has chosen the right date, category of visiting, number of tickets, as well as correctly specified other requested information. The Museum is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the Visitor during or after ordering and paying for tickets and the resulting consequences, for example, not receiving a ticket due to an incorrectly specified e-mail address.
2. Children under the age of seven do not need to be marked in the system when buying tickets. Children under the age of seven are admitted to the Museum free of charge upon presentation of a document confirming the child's age at ticket sales points.
3. After choosing the tickets, the Visitor must enter the data required by the system (name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, country), check the information in the basket and, after making sure that it is correct, carefully read and agree to these Rules. If the Visitor does not agree with the Rules, he/she cannot buy tickets online.
4. After selecting the "Invoice required" setting, an electronic invoice will be generated based on the provided personal or company data. It will be sent to the e-mail specified by the Visitor by e-mail along with e. tickets.
5. Payment is made via the payment system www.paysera.lt. The proposed payment methods include most of the electronic banking services of Lithuanian banks and credit cards.
6. After receiving a response from www.paysera.lt about successful payment, e-tickets are sent to the e-mail address specified by the Visitor.
III. Rules for using tickets
1. Visitors to the Museum or to an event in the Museum, to which access is obtained by purchasing a ticket, are admitted only after presenting a valid ticket purchased at the Museum box office or on the website www.stasysmuseum.com.
2. After purchasing e. ticket and upon arrival at the Museum, the Visitor must present a printed e. ticket or e. ticket barcode on your mobile device. The visitor is responsible for mobile internet and/or other means to open each barcode.
3. The ticket is valid only for the purpose of the visit or event at a specific time specified in it. A visitor who has left the area covered by the Museum ticket is not allowed a second time with the same ticket.
4. If the ticket is purchased with a discount, the Visitor must present an identity document or other document certifying the right to a discount to the ticket office staff. If the Visitor cannot present such a document, he/she must pay the price difference at the Museum box office between the standard ticket price and the discounted ticket price.
5. The ticket is scanned and marked only once and is valid for one person only. The control devices show the date and time of the first scan. If the ticket is presented for scanning a second time, the Visitor will not be admitted.
6. The visitor must keep the ticket and the receipt (when purchasing at the box office) until the end of the visit to the Museum or the end of the event.
7. Tickets are not exchangeable and money for them is not refunded, except in cases where the visit was impossible or the event did not take place due to the fault of the Museum.
8. If a visit to the Museum was not possible or the event did not take place due to the Museum's fault:
8.1 Tickets purchased at the ticket office can only be returned at the ticket office where they were purchased. In order to withdraw the paid money, it is necessary to present the purchased tickets and the purchase receipt at the box office;
8.2 Tickets purchased on the website www.stasysmuseum.com can be returned by sending a request and e-mail. ticket by e-mail to info@stasysmuseum.com.
9. In order to provide online ticket distribution services, the Museum must process the Visitor's personal data. The museum collects, processes and stores all the Visitor's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the provisions of other laws and legal acts regulating the rights of visitors and does not transfer them to any third parties, unless required to do so by law, other by legal acts or if it is necessary for the provision of the Museum's services, or if the Visitor expressly consents to the transfer of his personal data.
IV. Informing the museum visitor and using personal data
1. Upon familiarizing themselves with these Rules, visitors are informed that the personal data provided by them will be used for the purchase of tickets (for the implementation of relations between the contracting parties).
2. The privacy policy approved by the Museum is an integral part of these Rules.
3. A Visitor who purchases a ticket may be asked to consent to the use of his/her personal data for further information or direct marketing.
V. Other provisions
1. The Museum has the right to suspend or terminate the distribution of tickets on the website www.stasysmuseum.com without separate notice.
2. The Museum has the right to change or supplement these Rules. The amended Rules enter into force from the day of their publication on the website www.stasysmuseum.com.
3. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these Rules.
4. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
