For what purposes and under what condition of legal personal data processing will your personal data be processed?

If you decide to acquire a Stasys Museum e-ticket, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending you an e-ticket.

If you decide to subscribe to the Stasys Museum newsletter, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending newsletters.

We inform you that the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending e-tickets or newsletters is carried out on the basis of your consent (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Clause a of the General Data Protection Regulation). In other words, you do not have to subscribe to our newsletter, but in order to subscribe, you must provide your personal data, because without them we will not be able to send you the newsletter. Your consent will be valid for 5 years unless you revoke it earlier.

What kind of personal data is processed?

We inform you that when you subscribe to the newsletter, the following personal data of yours will be processed:

Contact details (e-mail address);

Data related to the confirmation of consent to receive the Stasys Museum newsletter and its validity (fact, date and time of confirmation; fact, date and time of withdrawal of consent);

Other personal data (correspondence (where a natural person can be identified from it).

 

Who will your personal data be provided to?

After ordering direct marketing messages, your personal data will not be provided to other third parties, including those located in third countries. We would like to inform you that in cases established by legal acts and when the provision of personal data is necessary and proportionate for legal and specific purposes, your personal data may be transferred to the courts.

How long will your personal data be stored?

After you subscribe to the newsletter, your personal data will be stored by Stasys Museum during the period of validity of the consent, as well as for the purposes of ensuring archiving requirements, for 2 years after the expiration of the consent.

What rights do you have and how can you exercise them?

The right to access data (Article 15 GDPR);

The right to demand rectification of data (Article 16 GDPR);
